Plom Bags does not and never will, sell or rent our client's names, addresses, email addresses or other personal information.
Prices
No contract is created until we have accepted your order. In the event that the product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an increase in prices that has not been updated on this site we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price.
Delivery
There will be a charge for delivery according to the delivery address. If you are in the UK, this charge should be no more than £5.95 however you will be advised of the delivery charge before the order is processed. If you are outside of the UK, we will let you know how much delivery will cost before the order is processed.
We aim to despatch all orders received before 13.30pm on the same day. Any orders placed after 13.30pm will be despatched the following day, with the exception of Friday when they will be despatched the following Monday. Within the UK, parcels are sent via Royal Mail, first class recorded delivery, a signature is required on receipt. Parcels to Europe usually take 4-5 working days to arrive. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns and Refunds policy
If you are not happy with your goods we offer a free returns process using Royal Mail. Goods must be returned within the cancellation period, this commences upon receipt of your item and ends 30 days later. We will not accept any returns for non-faulty items that have been used and tags removed.
All returned items must have a Return Number (RN). You may obtain a RN by emailing us at customercare@Plombags.com within the cancellation period. This RN number should be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for a RN.
Items returned outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Plom Bags and can only be refunded as an 'on-line store credit'. We will send out a pre printed postage label with your RN.
All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges.
Please note we can only refund or exchange any Plom Bags product purchased from this website, we cannot accept any Plom Bags products for refund or exchange that have been purchased through any other retail stores or websites. |
